Narcizo Rodríguez

Narcizo Rodríguez was born on September 24, 1983, at Estancia de Hato Nuevo, Yamasá, province of Monte Plata. Self-taught, he researches techniques and application of color in different workshops in the city of Santo Domingo, such as the Pedro Ciprián Art Workshop and the Hugo Carbonell Art Workshop, among others. He has maintained a continuous practice and research for painting since 1999.
Since 2010 his works have been exhibited collectively and itinerantly through art contests in the most prestigious Cultural Centers and Arts Halls nationwide, as at the Theater House in Santo Domingo DN, Cultural Entrance Perello in Baní, Palace of the Santiago Hall of the North Regional Culture Mystery, Altagracia Museum in Higuey, Santa Rosa de Lima Cultural Village in La Romana, Embassy of France in Santo Domingo DN, National Gallery of Fine Arts in Santo Domingo DN, and the León Center in Santiago, among others.
